1. Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be
unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unworn and unwashed items with tags attached
- Items received in error
- Defective or damaged items
- Items that don't match the product description
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items worn or washed
- Items without tags or in damaged packaging
- Sale items marked as "final sale"
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label (if applicable)
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:

6. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors (if available). To exchange an item,

7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
- You will not be responsible for return shipping costs
8. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
SLK Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the item
was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier.
We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
